I have been very unhappy with the service that i have received. I ordered a violin that they had some time ago, but never received it. When I tried to contact them, I received no reply. Long story short...it looks like they made me for my 60 buck, and there is nothing that I can do about it without it costing me more. Sad...really sad that you can`t be treated fairly and can`t even get the courtesy of an explanation. If you wait past 30 days, as I foolishly did in an attempt to allow adequate time for delivery, there is nothing you can do to get your money back. I would suggest steering clear of anyone, like goingtoday.com, that does not have any customer service. null
